I was accepted to have my payment extended and closed Due to family emergencies. My father passed away and my mother needed lots of financial helped. Someone at the time said they understood and would work everything out. Long story short the first late report was a scam because I asked and was approved for an extension! I called and tried explaining it was an error on their part and they act like they didn't know. So I told them I wanted my account cancelled and they said ok. Now looking at my account its under XXXX and I have 3 false late payments I NEED THEM REMOVED ILL BE HOMELESS
