Equifax/Equifax credit bureau Is processing a reinvestigate after the 30 days has ended. The 30 days ended XX/XX/XXXX after the company received my letter XX/XX/XXXX. Equifax/Equifax credit bureau claimed they reinvestigated and it came back verified the first time after they contacted the companies ( furnishers ). However it took Equifax/Equifax credit bureau took longer than 30 days to reinvestigate and I was not notified until I filed complaint XXXX ( and several other complaints including XXXX ) and Equifax/Equifax credit bureau replied XX/XX/XXXX, 9 days after the 30 days. Equifax/Equifax credit bureau is in violation of 15 USC 1681i . I didnt dispute anything, I was informing them it was past the 30 days and to delete the accounts according to 15 usc 1681i. They wrote back and marked on my consumer report stating they are reinvestigating the same accounts again. Attached is the letter was the same accounts listed and the response to my CFPB complaint that the company stated was verified already.
