XXXX broken several laws 15 U.S.C1681 section 602 A I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 604 A Section 2 a consumer reporting agency can't furnish a count without my written instructions. XXXX XXXX has been reporting this information without my permission for over 45 days. I been asking them for months to delete this inaccurate information and they just say they are reinvestigating and never give back any results of the investigation. They haven't shown that they are Metro 2 compliance or how the verified this information to begin with. XXXX has defamed my character on purpose.
