I received a letter from Lendmark giving me an offer of {$3100.00}. I called towards the end of XXXX spoke to the manager XXXX XXXX. She offered me options but did not want the letter offer code. She later said I did not qualify but they would honor any letter that Lendmark sent to me. This particular letter had an expiration date that passed so they could not honor it. XXXX XXXX told me that if they send me another letter in the future that they would honor it. I did receive another letter from Lendmark giving me an offer of {$2900.00}. I called the local office on XX/XX/XXXX. is spoke to the manager but she did not want to honor the promo code. On XX/XX/XXXX, I put the offer code on their website ( lendmarkfinancial.com/personaloffer ). After doing so the website result stated that the promo code expired. It is not supposed to expire until XX/XX/XXXX. It appears that Lendmark is using deceptive trade practices and does not stand behind it's offers.
