I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that I owe XXXX from an apartment complex that I moved out of. I paid the last XXXX rent on XX/XX/XXXX, I already provided a XXXX XXXX notice on XXXX XXXX. My move out date was XX/XX/XXXX. I returned both sets of keys and the office provided a document that stated they received my keys. In XXXX XXXX XXXX, I received a letter from this company. I called the company and they stated that they didnt know why I had a account with them but the lady stated that apartment complex sent me to collections for unpaid utilities. Mind you I paid everything before I left and the company charged me for utilities which was in my name and I transferred it to my new place. Im not responsible for a complex utilities if Im not occupying the property. This company is trying to collect on something that Im not responsible for.
