On XXXX I contacted Transunion via certified mail with USPS tracking Number XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX REQUESTING AN EXPLAINATION OF METHOD, PROCEDURFE, OF VERIFICATION AND HOW THESE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS WERE INVESTIGATED UNDER FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) I ADVISED TRANSUNION SINCE I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF IDENITY FRAUD, ANYONE WITH ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL INFORMATION COULD EASILY PERPETRATE AGAINST MY WILL. I AM AWARE OF YOUR AUTOMATED E-OSCAR CODE VERIFICATION SYSTEM, WHICH ONLY VERIFIES SIMPLE PERSONAL INFORMATION. I AM ALSO AWARE E-OSCAR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH FCRA 611 ( A ) 2 BY NOT INCLUDING ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION REGARDING MY DISPUTES TO THE CREDITOR BY REDUCING LEGAL CORRESPONDENCE INTO A TW0-DIGIT CODING VERIFICATION SYSTEM. TRANSUNION FAILED AND NEGLECTED TO RESPOND TO MY REQUEST AND CONTINUES TO VIOLATE MY CONSUMER RIGHTS UNDER THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT. I HAVE ATTACHED A COPY OF THE LETTER THAT WAS MAILED TO TRANSUNION.
