On XX/XX/22 I went to use my XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX and it was declined. I was very confused as there are sufficient funds in my account. I then went to XXXX only to find out that a hold was put on my account. I was completely besides myself and asked XXXX why> i was told there is a legal hold on my account put on by PORTNOY SCHNECK in the amount {$5800.00} and put the hold for {$11000.00}!!!! At this point in time XXXX told me they could not help me which I am furious about and how could they allow this without confirming all details were accurate. I then googled the name of the Debt collector and called them. They were rude and did not provide me with the facts to back up the claim. They simply told me to fax them a copy of my Bank Statement which I have no clue why I would do so as this is my personal information.
