The previous topics didn't address my issue. My issue is with The Huntington National Bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX OH XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX OH XXXX XXXX. My issue is that my loan statement I receive states partial payment of {$140.00}. I make a full payment each month. The required payment is {$240.00}. I pay more than the scheduled payment. The statement does not include a beginning balance, interest charged, principal payment. It only states partial payment, which is incorrect terminology and Balance as of the date of the statement. I receive my statements online. This is a vehicle loan I received through the dealership. I called customer service and the rep stated well that's all we disclose on the statement. I tried to send a message through the website but I get a CHAT that can not grasp more than a couple of words to describe the issue. I feel that the Bank should be required to disclose a detailed breakdown of the payment.
