XX/XX/2022 mobile check deposit started XX/XX/2022 check rejected with no explanation and a warning not to try to deposit it again XX/XX/2022 after 1 call and a chat no one wants to give me a reason as to why the check is rejecting, only that they cant bc of security reasons, which is frankly ridiculous to me as my name on the check is the same as the account holders 2nd call XX/XX/2022 reached a supervisor and told me they rejected the check bc it's an external bank transfer ( I'm not a financial whiz but this seems like the definition for every check ) and I needed to link that account to transfer funds. The check is coming from my 401k provider so I'm unsure as to how I would link an external bank account to fix the issue
