On XX/XX/2022. I checked my credit report and I noticed there were several created accounts on my credit report. There were four created accounts created on the same day which I did not apply for and there was one that was created a day before the four. I did not apply for any bank or credit cards. I have attached a identy theft affidavit with a list of all the fraudulent accounts. Remove them immediately
