Capital One won't verify my phone member making any king of online payments impossible through their website or app. When I call to make a payment they won't accept a debit card. They will only accept a check with my account and routing number. I don't trust them with that information and I don't trust that they will process a payment in time to prevent me defaulting on a payment. I have serious suspicions that they are deliberately trying to make me default on a payment. My first payment is due on XX/XX/XXXX and as of XX/XX/XXXX I have already been trying to unsuccessfully make a payment for three days.
