I DO NOT OWE THIS DEBT. NO MONEY IS OWED TO XXXX XXXX. XXXX HAS BEEN REPEATEDLY NON RESPONSIVE TO ME. APPARENTLY, IT ALSO FAILED TO BILL INSURANCE AND IS IMPROPERLY AND UNLAWFULLY BILLING ME FOR XXXX XXXX XXXX CREDIT COLLECTION SERVICES UNLAWFULLY PLACED THIS COLLECTION ACCOUNT ON MY CREDIT BUREAU AND IS TRYING TO COLLECT ON A DEBT THAT IS NON EXISTENT AND UNLAWFUL. ITS ACTIONS IN DOING SO ESSENTIALLY AMOUNTS TO EXTORTION. I HAVE CALLED, EMAILED, LEFT MESSAGES TO NO AVAIL. XXXX IS ENGAGING IN DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. IN ADDITION, SECTION 1681C ( A ) ( 5 ) REGULATES HOW LONG INFORMATION CAN REMAIN ON A CREDIT REPORT, BUT NO 1681C PROVISION REGULATES WHEN INFORMATION CAN INITIALLY BE INCLUDED IN A CREDIT REPORT. PLEASE SEE TO IT THAT THIS ISSUE IS IMMEDIATELY RESOLVED AND PLEASE INVESTIGATE FOR WIDESPREAD ABUSE. THANK YOU.
