I have three accounts with Comenity ( Bread Financial ) that have not been accurately reported since XXXX of 2022. I have disputed this information with the credit bureaus and have yet to receive a response. It is showing I still have balances on these accounts impacting my score negatively. Today I have attempted to send a message and I keep getting an error saying there was a " glitch '' that my message couldn't be sent. One of the accounts has been closed since XX/XX/XXXX and they have not updated my report to reflect this either. Comenity also refuses to answer there phone lines it seems as I have waited hours multiple times to have this resolved.
