This company continues to harass me via phone, personal cell and work phone. In XXXX I called in to make a payment arrangement with one of the associate for XX/XX/XXXX to make XXXX payment, I explained i will be late and why and was told okay to the arrangement. I then two days later start to receive back to back calls and voicemails to call the office. I then get calls on my work line starting XXXX. I involved the associate to not to call my call and that they could continue to call my cell and I will improve my communication being that i also work the same hours as their business. I asked to speak to the manager during the same and also asked her to notate to never call my employment, she also confirmed that she will. In XXXX I am now still receiving calls at my employment. I am harassed on my personal number with rude and unprofessional comments from the associates in the office. It takes a strain on my mentally and at my employment with the personal calls.
