My account with XXXX has been trouble since the beginning. have tried to resolve my issues with them, by phone, by letters and asking for arbitration. Now my bill has been sent to a collection agency, AmSher Collection Services , Inc . I am a victim of identity theft and I carried insurance on all three of my devices. I also had identity theft protection through them. I asked to go through arbitration. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I was overcharged for my services and my srevice was cut off which made me pay reconnect fees on each device. There is a XXXX dollar payment that they can't account for. I tried to resolve all of these problems and more to no avail. My personal, medical, psychological, and legal information was breeched. Someone else was using my data because my devices had malware my cybersecurity was breeched.
