On the date of XX/XX/26 all three credit bureaus were sent a Federal Trade Commissions affidavit, also a picture of my ID, picture of my ssn number also a untility bill in which I was following all rules set forth with sending these to the companies to block and remove fraudulent accounts that I have stated in my Word document that I sent over also. All three of the bureaus disreguarded the law and stated that they would remove and gave me confirmation numbers stating they was going to be removed and the accounts are still negative on all my accounts. The law that in referring to is 15 U.S. Code 1681c2 - Block of information resulting from identity theft a ) Block Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt by such agency of ( 1 ) appropriate proof of the identity of the consumer ; ( 2 ) a copy of an identity theft report ; ( 3 ) the identification of such information by the consumer; and ( 4 ) a statement by the consumer that the information is not information relating to any transaction by the consumer. They failed to remove anything from my reports today marks 15 days since I made these reports and gave notice.
