XXXX XXXX is not the problem XXXXExperian is the issue** I contact XXXX an explain I caught XXXX XX/XX/XXXX went back for check up and was admitted in the hospital due to problem with my XXXX and extremally XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was in the hospital for XXXX days. They said no problem I need to contact the credit bureau which I did on XX/XX/XXXX to dispute XXXX XXXX day delq. on my credit report report # XXXX got an update on XX/XX/XXXX nothing changed. Call Experian on XX/XX/XXXX to find out why it didn't update, the representative at EXPERIAN told me XXXX stated it was not a valid reason, I need to contact XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I contact a manager at XXXX who advise me EXPERIAN NEVER CONTACT THEM. WHY would EXPERIAN HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE LIE WHEN THEY NEVER CONTACT THE COMPANY OR DID A PROPER INVESTIGATION. AFTER EXPLAINING TO THE MANAGER SHE REVIEW MY ACCT NEVER 30DAYS LATE IN FACT THIS IS MY 2ND LOAN WITHOUT A BAD PAY HISTORY. XXXX STATED THEY HAD NO PROBLEM REMOVING THE 30DAY DELQ BUT THE CREDIT BUREAUS HAVE TO DO IT. SHE WAS WILLING TO SEND ME A LETTER TO CONFIRM. WHICH THEY DID.
