in accordance with the fair credit reporting act the below company has violated my rights. Company : XXXX XXXX ACCT # : XXXX 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A States I have a right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. After inspecting my consumers report and coming across the company on my report I contacted the company. I even try to come to an agreement for a pay-to-delete, and they told me " They can not delete from my credit ''. By law they can not add to my report, but found a way to do so. I have received numerous phone calls and written letters from this company. I tried to work with them, but they continue to refuse to remove this account from report.
