I have never been to XXXX Texas or seemed medical attention there. This is incorrect. Also I have XXXX so if I did seek medical attention it would be paid by the state. So something is not right. Also this is the first time I've heard about this. So we need to resolve this immediately. So if it's identity theft I can do what I need to to fix this.
