Early XXXX I contacted this bureau requesting due diligence be done on this account or removed they responded that the accounts that been validated but again FAILED TO PROVIDE METHODS OF VALIDATIONS! XXXX Notice for validation of debts. also this information upon further investigation of my own as the consumer has been found to be fraudulently reporting ( documentation attached ) either the company is allowing these inaccuracies to continue to report or the no investigation is being done! PLEASE REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT! Duties of Furnishers to Provide Accurate Information Section 623 ( a ) ; 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) Section 623 ( a ) states that a person, including a financial institution, may, but need not, specify an address for receipt of notices from consumers concerning inaccurate information.
