I have a credit card issued by " The Children 's Place '', which is overseen by Commenity Bank/Bread Financial . On Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email stating I had a past due balance of {$6.00}. I checked my account with this card, and the online statement relfected I paid this account in full in on XX/XX/XXXX. However, I was charged a " minimum interest charge '' on XX/XX/XXXX, in the amount of {$2.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was charged a " late fee '' of {$2.00}, and another {$2.00} again on XX/XX/XXXX for a " minimum interest charge '', and total of {$6.00}. I called the tollfree number and the representative with Commenity Bank/Bread Financial said `` no problem '' and would correct my account. However, these negative actions greatly affect my credit report rating. There in no way to contact someone with Commenity Bank/Bread Financial to express my concerns about the credit rating, as the telephone representatives are foreigners and do not understand when I try to express my concerns. I hold Commenity Bank/Bread Financial responsible for a fair credit report on my credit file and want it corrected immediately. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, my account statement reflects a credit balance of negative {$8.00}. I dont understand I went from being past due of {$6.00} to a negative balance of {$8.00}.
