On XX/XX/22 I received a confirmation letter from XXXX XXXX stating they had submitted a request to all three credit reporting agencies to remove an account from my credit reports. In XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted a letter to TransUnion, XXXX to remove the account, along with the letter from XXXX XXXX stating that there was no amount owed and the request had been sent to the bureaus to remove this account. I also included copy of my credit report of the account, so they could reference the account. TransUnion- Has yet to even investigate this - Its still showing on my report as well as showing as a Derogatory account. The account should be deleted immediately. XXXX- changed the account from derogatory to paid- did not even update the account to show there was a dispute, and the account is still showing on my credit report. This needs to be deleted immediately.
