After PayPal changed its terms of service, I immediately tried to close my account. I tried multiple times, but they continue to provide the message of " Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service. ". I then contacted customer service multiple times but its actually just a bot. The customer service chat said that " there are zero issues '' with your account. So if there are no issues, why will they not let me close my account?
