Was told to enter info to correct an account from XXXX still showing unpaid. Some how my info became a membership XXXX of which I would never agree too. I have XXXX credit score even with this old account. Now seeing charge on account. Finally contacted live person they said 2 charges, one last week and could only refund one. Asked for supervisor, asked for different number to not play merry go round. No supervisor and disconnected. Not only did they not remove XXXX XXXX paid bill, which I'll never pay was a XXXX issue after being with them for XXXX years. Now they are charging me for monitoring I would never agree too. Want both XXXX charges refunded and the XXXX account removed. Ps. How is it OK that credit reporting agencies get to charge you for doing their job??
