Venmo after agreeing on what the payments were marked and accepted as on behalf of the organization accuses that payments were instead of gifts and donations for XXXX XXXX containing XXXX, XXXX, and/or other XXXX. The account holder never asks XXXX buyers to note their payments as gifts but indeed accepted gifts and donations which were to clarify why those gifts and donations were accepted instead of purchases for items. Venmo 's decision to cease offering services permitted in violation of its USER Agreement is in discrimination since XXXX makes a distinction between what was the purpose of the receipts as marked The account holder will not choose liability for discrimination by Venmo which has clear evidence of what payments were received for according to its notation and is not indebted which is illegal. Venmo has not received any correspondence between the account holder and alleges customers of illegal substances. Venmo has receipt receipts as stated before noted as " Gift '' or " Donation '' as the account is for non-profit purposes.
