Consumer Narrative

I have tried contacting the bank on several occasions, only to reach a voicemail. I leave messages for someone to contact me, but never hear back. This bank needs to return the fees they have taken. There are senior citizens and people living paycheck to paycheck & they continue to rob people out of outrageous fees. They owe me several {$35.00} fees and several fees from not being able to use their atm. If someone has an emergency, they are refusing to allow you to access money. They have an excuse that it's @ the banks " discretion " and they can't do anything about it. I'm tired, as I'm sure others are of hearing excuse after excuse.
