I filed 3 separate complaints about inaccurate information on my consumer report on XX/XX/2022, Complaint # XXXX Experian ; Complaint # XXXX XXXX ; Complaint # XXXX XXXX. All 3 of the mentioned CRAs have failed to promptly update and correct information it furnished to Consumer Reporting Agencies ( CRAs ) that it determined was not complete or accurate, and continued to furnish this inaccurate and incomplete information, in violation of the FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 2 ), 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 2 ). Furnished information to CRAs about severely delinquent or charged-off accounts but failed to furnish Dates of First Delinquency ( DOFDs ) for those accounts, in violation the FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 5 ), 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 5 ) Under the FCRA, the updates have not been completed within the 30 days that are allotted before CRAs are in violation of the FCRA. Due to the lack of prompt action and continued inaccurate and/or not complete information continuing to be furnished on my consumer report, I am requesting the specific updates and deletions.
