I have always had my account at good standing until I used my credit card to pay for a item on XXXX, {$750.00} the item never was delivered, I also put my info in a {$500.00} deposit on a auction car from global auction and they submitted it and kept my money. I have contacted the company they told me to contact self since I made the payment through self, self have not contacted me about the situation, I have emailed, called, message them about this same situation, Self made my credit go down, I did not receive a refund and I have charges and late fees on my account due to this situation. the XXXX servicer scammed me, he created a delivery shipping label and delivery drop off from ups, the tracking number was fake delivery never delivered.
