On XX/XX/2022 I received documentation from CAVALRY SPV I , LLC claiming that I owed them an alleged debt. First off, 18 USC 8 states that all debts and alleged debts are the obligations of the United States. Cavalry SPV and any person aiding them in the collection of any alleged debt shall follow the guidance in 15 USC 1692 ( Fair Debt Collections Practices Act ) and any violation of any section of this title will result in civil liability for actual damages. Cavalry SPV not only failed to provide documentation of an agreement bearing my signature I have with them stating I owe them an alleged " debt '' but they also furnished a deceptive form ( 15 USC 1692j ) to trick me into believing I owe them anything! The abuse and harassment I have received from the criminals at Cavalry SPV will not be tolerated especially when their claims can not be verified.
