I financed a vehicle in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I no longer could afford vehicle and it was repossessed with all my belongings and license plate which I ended up getting a flag for because I could not get license plate and company sold vehicle and never turned in license plate and it accumulated a toll fee in XXXX texas because they drove through tolls with my license plate still attached to vehicle and they marked the loan on my credit as a charge off with a balance XXXX the finance company is XXXX XXXX and XXXX was updated XXXX XXXXwhen I contacted them several times to update the balance to {$0.00} or delete all together because the vehicle was sold and they recieved a 1099 c from irs which means they received a tax credit so they should no longer collect from me and the irs so o feel as should they update that balance to {$0.00} and they refused and even contacted Experian and they not doing anything
