I am a consumer as defined in federal law 15 U.S. Code 1692a ( 3 ). On XX/XX/2022, I discovered that a debt collector, LOUISIANA RECOVERY SERVICE INC, whose business address is, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, LA, reported to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, that I owe {$1600.00}, and {$2200.00}. This has damaged my credit significantly. LOUISIANA RECOVERY SERVICE INC purchased these accounts from XXXX XXXX a company that kidnapped me ( handcuffed to a stretcher ) and hauled me in an ambulance ride 1.5 hours away to another city, violated my God-given and unalienable rights, committed identity theft, insurance fraud, and theft when they took my U.S. Passport XXXX without my consent. At no point, did I ever relinquish my rights or provide consent to XXXX XXXX.
