Westcreek Financial has illegally placed the wrong debt on my account for the wrong dates ( date of first delinquency, date account opened ), they closed the account and have been reporting and updating the account amount and it keeps going up. Please send my original loan agreement with my signature, the date the account was opened, the date of last payment. See bank account attachmented where they claim I paid them. They've violating the fcra for reporting inaccurate dates and amounts owed.
