Hi, my name is XXXX XXXX, I began requesting an investigation of my credit report back in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX with the 3 major credit bureaus XXXX, Experian and XXXX. I have read all the requirements online on how to do this and so I began sending them letters using a program that I purchased to help me create my investigations. Throughout this year, they have assisted in updating and removing inaccurate accounts and reporting on my reports. However, here we are 10 months later and there are a few accounts that they have neglected to address. I have been consistent in sending my request for investigation but the follow have not been responded to at all. For my understanding of the FCRA rules and regulations, the credit bureaus have 30 days to respond and address any and all investigation request that I submit. If they do not address these specific accounts, they are required by the FCRA rules to have these accounts removed from my report due to lack of information from the reporting entity. If this is so, then all 3 bureaus are guilty of not responding to my investigation request and need to remove these accounts from my credit report. These accounts are hurting my chances for me to get any new loans and or credit. I really need your assistance to have the bureaus follow the rules and regulations of the FCRA and remove these accounts from my report since they have not been able to get any proof that these accounts are in fact mine nor provided any proof of how they may have investigated or verified the account. This request has been requested several times with no respond from them at all. Please see below the accounts that are still in question and require investigation and removal from my report. I am also including copies of my credit report for each month in which I have been monitoring through a Credit Monitoring system provided by XXXX XXXX. As well as my investigation letters that I have sent to them with little to no response from them. Please I really need your help as I need to move in the next 60 days and this is really hurting my chances to even rent a new home. I thank you in advance for assistance. This was for a treatment that I was supposed to have done and never went through with the procedure. Physician billed me for this and I never had the procedure and therefore I have been disputing this with them directly since the first bill they sent me. I do not owe this balance and need it removed from my report immediately! XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The collector never validated this account. There is a {$510.00} balance reporting as a collection on my report which is inaccurate because I paid this vehicle in full. However, Collector continues to report this with a balance and as a collection which is inaccurate. Collector has not sent me any proof as to why or how this bill is accurate. I need this removed from my report immediately! XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The collector never validated this account. This too is a medical bill in which was also billed inaccurately and I have been disputing it since the first bill they sent me. I do not owe this balance and collector has not sent me any proof as to why or how this bill is accurate. I need this removed from my report immediately! I have requested information on who this collector is and they have yet to provide any details on who is the collector or how this belongs to me.
