I recently reached out to TransUnion and inform them that I had recently obtained a copy of my credit report and I notice there were some inquires on my report that I would like more information on. I also informed the company that I am not saying that the information is right or wrong. I was just saying that I wasnt 100 percent sure. The representative on the phone stated that TransUnion dont place inquires on anyone 's credit file therefore its nothing that they could do that I would need to call the companies listed on my credit report. I informed the TransUnion rep that I had already been in contact with the companies and they stated that they didnt have any application on file for me and that I needed to contact the credit bureau where the inquiries are listed to have them to find out why there appearing on my report. The TransUnion rep then informed me that I would need to make an FTC report or a police report and send them a copy and they would do an investigation in to the issue. Below you will find a list of the inquiries listed on my credit report by companies some of which I have never even heard of.
