During the pandemic in XXXX and XXXX I missed some payments. When I went into repayment, my balance increased and my mortgage is now {$20000.00} more than I originally ally borrowed and ~ {$50000.00} more than my principle. I dont understand why I owe more than I borrowed. I e tried unsuccessfully to get answer and paperwork explaining what happened. Wells Fargo has failed to provide a written explanation.
