On XX/XX/2022 I sent a email to Supreme Lending loan servicing, in regards to escrow shortage. I asked for 24 months to pay off shortage. I was told that the 24 months was granted but it would only lower my payment by XXXX dollars. So I decided to look into my account online and notice that my taxes did not match what I actually had receive from the state of Arizona. So I look up the tax records for the past 5 years and email them to Supreme Lending. I also email my XXXXXXXX XXXX tax bill, because their numbers were wrong also. Due to all of the mistakes that Supreme Lending is making it is and has cost me more money. I decided to pay off shortage and have escrow account removed. My first attempt to pay off shortage was XX/XX/2022, I paid what they said I owed. So I sent another email on XX/XX/2022 asking to remove shortage. On XX/XX/2022, I received a response saying, I do not meet XXXX and Escrow balance is $ XXXX. So I called and paid the XXXX and verbally asked to have escrow removed. I have researched this and found that I do not have a HPML loan. So why are Supreme Lending trying to force those rules on me? And even under those rules my true LTV is under 80 % .I even sent the page in my closing disclosure that says I can remove escrow. I add some screen shots of my online account, when you look at year to date Information in the screen shot, you can see that it says I paid XXXX in taxes but my taxes are not that high. My taxes are XXXX. I feel that it is in my own best interest to pay my taxes and insurance.
