Ive asked several times why Ive one got an interest rate so high ( 20.99 % ) when my credit score during the loan origination was ABOVE 620. They are taking around 80 % of my monthly payment of {$330.00} and applying it to interest. Every time I ask they either A. Hang up on me, B. Give me a line of XXXX, C. Tell me they have the right to do as they please because its their money, or D. Tell me theyll get back to me and NEVER do. To give you an idea Ive been paying on this loan since XXXX of 2018 with a beginning balance of {$13000.00} and according to them I still have to pay these crooks over {$9000.00}!! By time Im done paying this loan off I will have paid over {$24000.00} for a car that wasnt even worth the {$13000.00} I financed it for!
