NOTICE OF BILLING ERROR. NOTICE OF VIOLATION OF PRIVACY. NOTICE OF IDENTITY THEFT. NOTICE OF FRAUD. Capital one bank sold consumers non public personal information to the credit reporting agencies. Pursuant to 15 usc 6802 obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information covers disclosures that needs to be disclosed conspicuously to inform consumer and not force undue influence by way of CAPITAL ONE BANKS willful noncompliance to the laws and disregard of consumers privacy rights. unalienable XXXX given rights that the consumer will not waiver.
