I called self on XX/XX/2022 after trying to keep up with my loan. I explained I am currently experiencing hardship. I asked to close my account and receive a refund of monies sent ( {$600.00} ), I also asked about negative reporting. I was told that due to hardship my request would be approved, I would receive a check after 15 business days and no negative reporting would be made. However, I never received the funds and I was reported negatively. I called again. I spoke with a rep who advised he could not cancel a payment. I did not call in for this reason so clearly the rep did not understand the reasons for my call. I did reiterate the reasons he then claimed I would be charged and would only receive a refund of {$400.00}. When I questioned the difference again he did not know why. I am going through hardship this is very frustrating.
