XXXX XXXX AND XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX WERE NOTIFIED OF MY BANKRUPTCY FILING AT XXXXXXXX XXXX THE DAY OF THE TRUSTEE SALE DATE. I HAVE MY PHONE RECORDS REFLECTING THE OUTBOUND CALLS. I FAXED OVER MY BANKRUPTCY FILING INFORMATION AS WELL TO XXXX AND XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX PRIOR TO THE TRUSTEE SALE HOUR OF XXXX XXXX YET XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX PROCEEDED WITH SELLING MY HOME TO A THIRD PARTY. HOW BEING A TRUSTEE DID THEY SELL MY HOME WHEN I NOTIFIED THEM OF THE BANKRUPTCY FILING PRIOR TO THE TRUSTEE SALE HOUR. HOW?? I HAVE ASKED THEM FOR A PAYOFF SINCE THEY STATE I NOW HAVE TO PAY THE LOAN, WHICH IS FINE I CAN NOW PAY IT OFF IN FULL. THEY STOLE MY HOME OF MANY YEARS. A HOME IN OUR FAMILY. I AM ASKING THEY REVERSE THE ILLEGAL SELL THEY PROCEEDED WITH. GIVE ME THE PAYOFF DEMAND AND I WILL PAY YOU.
