XXXX XXXX reported my payments delinquent however they are in violation of my rights as I never provided this company permission to report our transaction to the credit bureau which is a data mining company whos inaccurate information is effecting my life and enabling me from purchasing a home for my growing family. As remedy I am requesting you remove ALL NEGATIVE reporting from all 3 credit bureaus and report my balance as XXXX, as your company has already written this off of your ledger and your insurance company has made you whole.
