XXXX XXXX XXXX is falsely reporting I paid account late from XX/XX/XXXX until XXXX of XXXX! I made all payments to XXXX and the payment was on time! This is fraud XXXX XXXX XXXX is committing! Also the credit Bureaus all three refuse to remove the false late payments from my credit report! I paid the car loan off in XXXX! Because of XXXX deceitful business practices! Due to XXXX fraud of reporting my payments late my credit is ruined! My score will XXXX below XXXX and this false late payments information XXXX is reporting on my credit is hurting me because I being denied a home! Cant get an apartment nor credit! The late payments were removed and in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX reported to the credit bureaus these false late payments! I made all my payments on time and never was late! I paid the loan off in XXXX and to date the credit bureaus is unlawfully saying this account that I opened in XXXX and paid off in XXXX will remain showing these late payments until XXXX! This is against the Fair Credit Laws! I need help.
