On Monday the XXXX I sent MRS a dispute. Disputing the charges they claim to be trying to collect of {$2800.00} cents. And asked that they stopped calling me and emailing me until they mail a letter showing proof that I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, owe the debt that they claim I owe. Doing so I asked them to stop trying to collect, as well as to not report said debt to the credit agency 's as I do not own said debt. If they were to keep emailing and calling me, which they have been doing while I am at work. That they would be in violation of FDCPA. Today XX/XX/2022, they called me again to collect this debt, that has been disputed formally. I am requesting all debt collection to top and the debt that I'm being accused of owing, to be terminated from my record all together. As they are now in violation of FDCPA.
