I opened an American express platinum card due to fees being exempt for military. After I applied, I was charged XXXX like everyone else and they said I was not in the XXXX system. I have spent multiple hours on the phone, send documents to prove I have been on XXXX XXXX for a long time. They wouldn't take the fee off. A supervisor told me that they see I am XXXX XXXX but will not waive the fee. Card was opened in XXXX and they have waived every year except the initial. I am at my witts end trying to resolve this.
