Consumer Narrative
Apple Recovery contacted me Via mail on XXXX stating that I owed XXXX XXXX Bank a Balance of {$9200.00}. I have never had any type of loan with XXXX XXXX Bank. the letter contained nothing more than a Balance and showed XXXX XXXX Bank as the original creditor.. I was the Victim of Identity theft many years ago and my only thought was that this could have been the result of that action. I would like myself removed from the Collection effort and for Apple Recovery to cease contact with me regarding this account. sincerely, XXXX XXXX
