I had a credit with XXXX XXXX XXXX where all the payments were automatically discounted from my bank account. All the payments were discounted from my account every XXXX of every month, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX for an amount of {$470.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I went to the XXXX dealer to change my car and they specifically asked me to not pay the XXXX payment because they will do a new contract and account for my new car. I kept receiving calls from XXXX XXXX XXXX even in XXXX, so I paid on XX/XX/XXXX the amount of {$470.00}. Not even 30 days after my billing day in XXXX. Even after I paid I kept receiving calls from XXXX XXXX XXXX and I found out that they didn't record my XX/XX/XXXX payment, even when they discounted automatically from my account. They never recorded that payment and that's why they thought I was late in XXXX, even when I paid before the XXXX that I was supposed to. My last payment was on XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. My billing day was XXXX XXXX and I pay only 22 days later because XXXX XXXX told me to not pay. Either way, I made the payment and it wasn't late. I know that I have 30 days to pay and then I will receive a warning.
