Could not log in to my credit card account on XX/XX/XXXX. Called credt card company and they informed me that because of two many log in attempts, a permanent hold has been placed on my account. I told them it was probably me since I was trying to remember my password when logging in. They said there was fraudlent activity with too many log in attempts and would not provide any details. I asked them if they would be sending me a letter explaining the details and they said they were in the process of doing so. I never received any notifications in the mail. I called them back on XX/XX/XXXX and they told me the same thing. I asked them how am I suppose to make payments on my balance outstanding without being able to log into my account. I had previously set up Auto Pay but I am not sure if it will work now. They said you will need to use other third party payment methods. This account was openned/activated in XX/XX/XXXX. I have a balance on the account of approximately {$5500.00} but can not confirm since my account is not accessible. I can not make payments from my checking account because of what they told me. The information presented to me seems unreasonable and I do not want to be late on my payments. My next payment due date is on XX/XX/XXXX and I had autopay set up but can not verify if it will work now. I also can not monitor my balance since they will not allow me to access my account. I elected to receive electronic statements and can not access them since my account is locked.
