This account does not belong to me. It was open fraudulently and is damaging to my account. I have previously contacted Transunion regarding the inaccurate, offending collection account on my credit report. This debt was not properly validated because if that was so, it would not be reporting on my credit profile. As such, I am asking that Transunion adhere to the law and remove this information from my credit report immediately. Failure to do so is a direct violation of the FCRA & FDCPA laws.
