Please see my attached documents and have the companies remove all unauthorized items immediately. In the attached documents I have provided and stated all information necessary to have these items removed from my consumer report. These companies shall provide me with substantial documentation on how they made their decision if accounts are not removed promptly. They have to prove one, I gave them permission to furnish and two, I was clearly giving an opportunity to opt out of reporting in which the law allows if not public information is being furnished.
