I spoke with td banks branch and customer service for the XXXX time who showed no care that fraud had taken place on my account and was never disputed XXXX of the beginning fraud transactions for {$430.00}, they never disputed it and the bank basically recouped all the off the money for themselves including chargebacks that I never filed, yet they say I did, and I cancelled them and they told me and XXXX they woudl return money to the merchant which never happened.. Td banks says I am the first person in history to have some retrieve their pin number and they woudl not all ow me a single dime yet they recoupped every XXXX for them selves especially the XXXX which was the beginning of the fraud ... My wallet and phone was stolen they spoke to someone freely about my account and they took my money and now all of bankers act like they cant help me yet, and i filled out police report yet the bank got the money even took merchants money through chargbacks that i did not file and if they say i filed them, then i also cancelled them but nothing was given back to me nor any of the merchants they frauduently knew what rebuttals to use such as the thief could never made mistakse with a XXXX digit pin that is not enough info to call off in investigation this is a poorly ran bank that takes people with the help of thier banks lying
